Our new location is Pickup By Appointment Only
All order must be placed online and then a pickup time will be scheduled with the customer.
Address and Directions will be disclosed in the 'PICKUP READY EMAIL"
ON HAND PICKUPS
BundlesByMonét offers a ‘Pickup' Option for online orders. Items listed under our "ON HAND HAIR" tab only are available for same day pickups or shipping. Any Hair or Wigs ordered outside of the "On Hand Hair"tab will require our 6-8 business day processing timeframe before customer is allowed to pick up their order.
IN STORE PICKUP PROCESSING TIME
ALL ONLINE PRE-ORDERS OUTSIDE OF ON HAND HAIR REQUIRE A 6-8 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME.
Orders will require a 6-8 business day timeframe to pick up your order. (WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND MONDAYS NOT INCLUDED...
IF YOUR ORDER FALLS ON A MONDAY TO BE PICKED UP, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE THE NEXT TUESDAY DUE TO OUR PICKUP HOURS.
If you would like to pick up hair same day or by a specific date, Please order under the ON HAND SECTION
BundlesByMonét does not allow changes or exchanges to online preorder items for On HandItems. If your order is not available in store, you will receive a pickup ready email 6-8 business from the date order was placed.
Remember, Business Days do not include weekends, or holidays.
SEZZLE/AFTER-PAY PAYMENTS
BundlesByMonét offers AfterPay Payments Online AND In Store
Processing Time for Online orders paid using Sezzle/Afterpay may require an additional 1-3 days for verification
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept any refunds, exchanges for in store items for online purchases once processing has begun. If policies are not read or understood before ordering causing any confusion or inconvenience to our order process, it will result in an automatic refund and the customer will be unable to make any purchases with the business in the future. We highly encourage our customers to reach out with questions prior to ordering as not understanding our policies will not be tolerated.
